Infraveo proudly announces to be ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 27001:2013 complaint!

Introduction

We are extremely honored to announce that we have kept up with ISO standards and earned ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certificates from the Korea Accreditation Board for reaching the level of checkpoints necessary (Recognized by International Accreditation Forum). The only standard in the family that may be certified (although certification is not required) is ISO 9001:2015, which outlines the requirements for a quality management system. The ISO 27001:2013 certification requires you to verify to the customers and other stakeholders that the business has a full information security management system. This widely accepted standard helps in managing risks to your information security.

This blog provides a brief summary of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/ICE 27001:2013, including an explanation of each standard’s purpose and the benefits it may provide organizations.

What is ISO/IEC 27001:2013?

This commonly recognized standard helps in the management of information security risks. Every firm must explain to clients and other stakeholders that ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification ensures complete management of information security.. An information security management system must be set up, effectively implemented, maintained, and improved over time within the context of the organization, according to ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

Only one of the standards in the category, ISO 9001:2015, may be certified too, and it specifies the requirements for a quality management system (although this is not a requirement). This standard is based on many quality management concepts, such as a strong customer focus, top management involvement and motivation, the process approach, and constant improvement. The quality management principles of it is provide a clearer explanation of these ideas. Applying ISO 9001:2015 helps to ensure that clients receive reliable, high-quality goods and services, which has several good impacts on organizations.

Notable benefits

ISO/IEC 27001:2013

1) Increasing Market Share and Reputation:

Data from any firm will be safer if they implement and incorporate this well recognized security standard. Today’s prevalent cyber risks can seriously harm a company’s brand and potentially fully destroy its finances. The accreditation is very attractive to the shareholders of any organization since you have strong data security and control.

2) Retains customers and generates new business:

Based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013, organizations can verify that their security practices are top-notch. It gives current customers the security they need, and your company is prepared to take all required security measures to protect their personal information, which will help you keep them. Because a firm is proactive in securing its data, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 helps you attract new business and clients.

3) Follow all legal requirements:

The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification recognizes the fact that the business has a security management program. It streamlines your partners’ due diligence procedure, and you can lessen some burdens of proof, such as having to provide all security paperwork. It improves and speeds up the security verification process for any firm.

 4) Simplifies evaluations of third-party vendors:

Organizations can achieve security standards and legal requirements by following ISO/IEC 27001:2013. It is also recommended that organizations heavily involved in cloud computing and global data processing adopt ISO27018.

ISO 9001:2015

1) Increased client loyalty and satisfaction:

One of ISO 9001:2015’s major purposes is customer satisfaction. According to the standard, every company must check both the objective view of the customers as well as if client requirements have been satisfied. This almost ensures that a well-managed quality management system will result in customer satisfaction.

2) Happier and more capable colleagues:

In this regard, ISO 9001:2015 has a lot to offer in terms of employee satisfaction. Employees of the company are better aware of how their actions impact the final product or service and how those same actions may help pave the way for changes due to it standard’s strong focus on clients and their demands. One of it’s principles is employee involvement and engagement, which significantly boosts a productive, happy workforce. ISO 9001:2015 fosters strong, inspiring environments that promote excitement, engagement, and increased production.

3) Higher standard products and services:

Better quality is mostly associated with and expected from organizations that have achieved their ISO 9001:2015 certification. In fact, it is among the principal benefits of using the standard.

4) More effectiveness, fewer errors, and less time wasted:

Several of the Standard’s requirements result in increases in organization processes’ efficiency and reliability, both directly and indirectly. The process and risk-based thinking, which are both core ideas of ISO 9001:2015, help integrate overall operations better and more effectively with less opportunity for error
